These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Dunelshove's website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
Dunelshove provides software tools that apply predictive analytics and automated stop-loss logic to help users monitor and manage investment positions. The Service is an informational and operational tool only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not manage, custody, or have discretionary control over any user's funds or brokerage accounts unless expressly agreed in a separate written arrangement.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Dunelshove promptly of any unauthorized use.
No Investment Advice
Nothing provided through the Service — including alerts, projections, charts, or stop-loss recommendations — should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All investment decisions remain solely your responsibility. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any output generated by the Service.
Subscription, Fees, and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date to avoid further charges. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it without authorization, interfering with its operation, circumventing security measures, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Dunelshove may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.

Predictive analytics and automated stop-loss mechanisms are designed to assist risk management but cannot guarantee profits or eliminate losses. Market conditions, execution delays, connectivity issues, and other factors outside Dunelshove's control may affect outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dunelshove and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or capital, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and cancelling any active subscription.

We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Dunelshove operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dunelshove regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
